This website was designed for all undergraduate students as a resource to the many opportunities available to participate in undergraduate student/faculty research.
Within these pages you will find information on research scholarships both on and off campus, lists of unpaid research opportunities during the academic year and the summer (again both on and off campus), and lists of departments offering research courses.
A big part of this website contains information on the annual University of Montana Conference on Undergraduate Research (UMCUR), which is in its sixth year. The call for papers and online submission forms can be found by clicking on "UMCUR."
Also contained in this site are links to information on how to conduct research, and also templates and information for presenting your research. One superb feature is a power point template for making professional posters.
Information on publishing research, professional associations that encourage student presentations, along with information on student profiles is still under development and evolving.
